He was held for five hours in a van before being expelled into the Orsainville Detention Centre, where he was made to undress and showered with icy water. He was deprivedof drinking water and the very little food he was given was of doubtful quality. He suffered numerous other humiliating acts, which constitute an abuse of rights and caused him severe moral prejudice.
