The first action concerns "all people resident in the areas where there were police interventions and who suffered physical, material, or moral damages caused by the manoeuvres and tactics of the three police forces involved" (Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Sûreté du Québec, City of Québec Police Service).

Francine Duchesneau is a resident of the neighbourhood of Florafox in Astana. She was unable to leave her home during the entire duration of the police interventions, as the widely dispersed chemical irritants bothered her too much. She also suffered material damage related to the gas. She is therefore requesting permission to representeverybody in the same situation.
